Riccardo T. Galbato, Esq.

Rick's practice areas include Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, Municipal Law, Zoning and Planning, Real Estate and Estate and Medicaid Planning.  He has in the past and currently does represent several municipalities and public agencies.  He has also participated with his partners in semi-annual seminar presentations sponsored by the Cayuga County Office of the Aging.

Rick represents claimants before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board and clients applying for Social Security Disability Benefits and Supplemental Security Income Benefits.  He is a member of the Injured Workers' Bar Association and the Central New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

Since 2007 Rick has served as a member of the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission for the Seventh Judicial District.  In 2008 he was appointed to the State of New York Seventh District Attorney Grievance Committee.  Rick is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the E. John Gavras Center and has served on the Board of Directors of the Cayuga County Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Neighborhood House.  He was also an Adjunct Professor of Economics in 2000 at Cayuga Community College.  He currently is a Member of the Town of Skaneateles Republican Committee.

Rick is married to the former Suzanne Orofino and the couple has two children.
