Betty is an integral part of the foundation of this law office and has been a member of its staff for over thirty years. She is our senior Real Estate paralegal and is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of real property transactions flowing through the office. Betty also has overall office administration responsibilities. |

Linda is a Real Estate paralegal, who has responsibility for serving mortgage lenders and underwriting title insurance policies. She has been with our office since 1992 and her time is completely dedicated to the practice of real estate. |

Lorraine is our Estate Planning paralegal, who has been with the office since 1994. She has worked in central New York law offices for over twenty years. Lorraine is fully dedicated to the responsibility for the drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies. |

Karen is a Real Estate paralegal with over 14 years of experience in the legal aspects of real estate transactions. Her primary responsibilities are in the areas of assisting clients in the sale and purchase of real property. Karen received her paralegal degree from the Bryant & Stratton College Paralegal Program and has been with our office since the spring of 2000. |

Helen has a paralegal degree, but currently serves as a part-time Receptionist. She has overall responsibility for handling telephones, client appointments, file and calendar maintenance, the law library and various other areas essential to smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. Helen has over twenty years of law office experience and has been with us since the winter of 2003. |

Amy is our Medicaid paralegal and has, as her primary responsibility, the preparation, coordination and presentation of all Medicaid applications and participates in all crisis Asset Preservation planning. In addition, Amy assists in the Business Formation of corporations and limited liability companies for small businesses. A graduate of the Bryant & Stratton College Paralegal Program, she has 13 years of law office experience. She has been with our office since the summer of 2004. |

Shannon is our Litigation paralegal and has responsibility for the coordination of all aspects of our litigation department. A graduate of the Syracuse University Legal Assistant Program, she has over 13 years of law office experience and has been with our office since the fall of 2007. Shannon is also in charge of our Information Technology and all things hi-tech. |

Mary Ann is an Estate Administration and utility paralegal, serving in a number of office departments, as needed. A graduate of the Bryant & Stratton College Paralegal Program, she has worked as a paralegal for over 10 years. Mary Ann has been with our office since the fall of 2009. |

Joanne serves as our Office Comptroller and part time Receptionist. A graduate of SUNY The College at Brockport with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, Joanne brings with her years of experience in office finance and management. She has been with our office since December 2010. |

LuAnn is a paralegal with over 10 years experience in the complexities of Estate Administration. She is responsible for all aspects of this department, including the drafting of Surrogates Court pleadings, estate tax returns, estate and trust accountings and overall administration of estates and trusts. LuAnn received her paralegal degree from the Lemoyne College Paralegal Studies Program in 1993 and is the most recent addition to our office. |
